I have been selling Real Estate since 1978. My license was earned while teaching middle school in the New Castle County public school system. I have a double major from the University of Delaware, after transferring from the University of Nebraska. I taught in the New Castle Middle School from '74 to '78.

My real Estate career began at B. Gary Scott Realtors. I worked out of their 12th and West Street office until 1987. In 1987 I was hired by Weichert Realtors and worked out of their Barley Mill Office from 1987 to 1990. This experience was a stepping-stone toward starting my own RE/MAX office in November 1990 on Rockland Road called RE/MAX Brandywine, and subsequently opening my second office, RE/MAX Christiana in 1991.

My main areas of expertise are management, residential, corporate relocation, and investment of real estate. Even though I am kept very busy with two fast growing RE/MAX Offices and very involved in the day-to-day management, in 2003 I had over $40 million in sales.
